Pricing notes
The additional cost for the first interior image per location includes the transportation, set-up, and take down of supplemental lighting equipment. Twilight exterior images may also require supplemental lighting. The “per image” price includes software work to process and adjust each image; editing and/or removing elements of the physical environment in the image (e.g., using Photoshop to remove people, fire alarms, garbage cans, etc.) bills at an additional $50 per hour.
Buying First Party rights allows the Client’s use of the images for marketing and promotion, whether online or in print. Buying Third Party rights adds 50-100% to the base image price, depending upon the scale of the intended use and the Third Party / Parties to whom the images will be transferred. Examples of Third Party uses are editorial, advertising, social media like Houzz.com, and competition submission. The greater the scale of use, the higher the fee per image.
Prices are valid as of July 1, 2011 but subject to change without notice. For real estate professionals, the First Party price licenses the images for the life of the listing or until the property sells, whichever time is greater. Images from previously listed properties can be licensed at 50% of the original cost.

Cancellation Policy
Once a date and time have been scheduled for the photo shoot (interiors or exteriors with supplemental lighting), jenerik images photography requires 48 hours notice to cancel or change the date. Less than 48 hours notice will incur the quoted “first image” amount as penalty.
